How to Prevent UTI Infections In Women
Urinary tract infections, UTI's as they are called, are a very painful condition that causes frequent urination and abdominal pain.

If you have always been prone to contracting UTI’s be extra vigilant in your water intake and as soon as you notice darker urine start drinking lots of water to flush the bladder.
Healthy, normal urine is light yellow during the day. Morning urine is naturally darker so don’t worry too much about that.
Following these tips you will be UTI free and water is also great for hydrating cells and assisting your body to work at optimum efficiency.
