All Natural Insomnia Cure Tea Remedy
Ingredients: Dried valerian root, hot water.
Step 1: Warm a mug using hot water from the tap.
Step 2: Place 1 teaspoon of dried valerian root into a tea ball.
Step 3: Empty water from your mug.
Step 4: Place tea ball in mug and add hot water from your kettle.
Step 5: Cover and steep for 15 minutes
Step 6: Uncover, remove tea ball and enjoy.
Step 7: You can add milk or honey to taste if desired.
Home Remedy for Nausea Tea
Ingredients: Ginger root, boiling water, honey.
Step 1: Wash and peel ginger root.
Step 2: Slice into small pieces
Step 3: Cover with waxed paper and crush. A rolling pin works well for this.
Step 4: Heat 2 to 3 cups of water in a saucepan.
Step 5: Add rushed ginger and gently boil for three to five minutes.
Step 6: Strain mixture
Step 7: Add honey to taste if desired
Aching Joint Relief
Ingredients: Peppermint oil, eucalyptus oil, oil base, dark bottle for storage.
This makes up a wonderful potion that you can regularly rub into sore or aching joints.
Step 1: Mix together 5-10 drops of peppermint and eucalyptus oil
Step 2: Add 1-2 tablespoons of olive, grapeseed, almond or similar oil. Stir well.
Step 3: Store mixture in a dark bottle out of direct sunlight.
Rub mixture into sore joints as required.
All Natural Sore Throat Tea
Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar, honey, hot water.
Step 1: Add one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and a teaspoon of honey to a mug of hot water.
Step 2: Stir well
Drink while warm to ease your sore throat.
Home Remedy for Weight Loss Tea
Ingredients: Dried cinnamon, cinnamon sticks, boiling water.
Step 1: Add a teaspoon of cinnamon and one cinnamon stick to a mug
Step 2: Add boiling water and let steep for ten minutes.
Drink once or twice a day.
